In this episode on the Ghana’s national TVET Report, Julia Olesen interviews Samuel Thompson, Director for Policy Planning, Projects, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) in Ghana. He is the one leading the TVET reporting team.
Samuel shares with us why it is important to provide evidence-based reporting for policy-making. And sheds light on some of the challenges in the space of TVET that are on the radar of the Commission: focusing on the informal sector, supporting special needs facilitators and reducing the gap between school completion and the workplace.

Episode’s host: Julia Olesen, GOVET Senior Technical Advisor
