General information

• Participation in the event is free of charge.
• Registration is binding once the data has been submitted.
• Please inform us if you have to cancel your participation.
• The BIBB reserves the right to cancel the seminar due to insufficient numbers of participants, illness of lecturers/speakers, or other disruptions for which the BIBB is not responsible.

Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Please note that participation capacity is limited.

We would like to inform you below about the processing of your personal data by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and your rights in this regard. Images
As organizers of the specialist seminar, the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and GOVET may take photographs for documentation and reporting purposes. These photographs may be published on the organizer's website, in publications, and on social media channels for public relations purposes. It cannot be ruled out that you may also be recognizable as an individual, but no personal data about you will be published. The recordings will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. We ensure deletion by regularly checking the data stocks. I am aware that image and sound recordings published on the internet are accessible worldwide and can be found in particular by search engines, that further use and/or modification by third parties cannot be ruled out, and that complete deletion from the internet may not be possible under certain circumstances.

Disclosure of personal data
The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training and GOVET use personal data (name, title, institution, position, location, etc.) solely for the purpose of organizing their events and informing other participants. The data will not be passed on to any other third parties.

Please note:
If you do not give your consent, we will not process the data for the purposes specified in the consent form. Consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons for the future. This does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation. The revocation must be sent to the following email address: govet@bibb.de.
