Strengthening Dialogue on Skills Development and International Cooperation

GOVET, in cooperation with Ghana Forum NRW and iMOVE - Training made in Germany, warmly invites interested stakeholders to a Round Table Exchange with members of the Parliamentary Education Committee from Ghana. The event offers a unique platform for open dialogue, networking, and knowledge exchange on vocational education and training (VET), skills development, and international cooperation between Ghana and Germany. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with the visiting delegation, share perspectives, and explore potential areas for future collaboration.

The Round Table aims to bring together representatives from education, business, policy, civil society, and international cooperation who are interested in strengthening partnerships and fostering sustainable skills development initiatives.

About GOVET
The German Office for International Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training (GOVET), located at BIBB, serves as the central contact point for international VET cooperation in Germany. GOVET supports the exchange of expertise, promotes international partnerships, and contributes to strengthening vocational education and training systems worldwide.

About Ghana Forum NRW
Ghana Forum NRW is a network dedicated to promoting exchange, cooperation, and intercultural dialogue between Ghana and North Rhine-Westphalia. The organization connects stakeholders from academia, business, culture, and civil society to foster sustainable partnerships and mutual understanding.

About iMOVE – Training Made in Germany
iMOVE is an initiative of the Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) and part of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). iMOVE promotes international cooperation and business relations in vocational education and training by connecting German training providers with international partners and supporting the export of “Training – Made in Germany.”

No fee is charged for participation in the conference.
Conference documentation will be made available at registration on the day of the event.
Appropriate catering services will be provided.

  • Registration is binding once data has been sent. Your confirmation of registration will subsequently be sent to the e-mail address stated.
  • You may withdraw your registration within 14 days. The latest date on which registrations may be withdrawn is 21 May 2026. We must be notified of any withdrawals by post or e-mail.
  • BIBB reserves the right to cancel individual forums or cancel the entire event in case of insufficient participant numbers, illness on the part of lecturers/speakers or other disruptions which are not fault of BIBB.
  • Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Please note that participant capacity is limited.
