The TVET Talks Podcast is a platform for exchanging international VET experiences and touching latest insights to other vocational systems around the globe. We want to give countries an easy, accessible format to the community – inspiring and right to the point. Let’s talk TVET!

Episode 3: Ghana TVET Report - Part 2

In this episode on the Ghana’s national TVET Report, Julia Olesen interviews Samuel Thompson, who leads the TVET reporting team. Samuel shares with us why it is important to provide evidence-based reporting for policy-making. And sheds light on some of the challenges that are on the radar of the Commission for TVET: focusing on the informal sector, supporting special needs facilitators and reducing the gap between school completion and the workplace.

All Podcast guests are standing together on an orange background and smiling together into the camera.

Episode 2: Ghana TVET Report - Part 1

This episode takes you to Ghana, in West Africa, to learn from the process of collecting reliable data for the third edition of the Ghana’s national TVET Report. Our guests are Albert Opare, Hannah Okyere and Abigail Abrokwah from the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET).
