The new Project Manager joined the team of the German-Israeli Programme for Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training at GOVET in January 2025. In her role, she is mainly responsible for coordinating the bilateral programme and for designing and implementing joint exchange formats.

Myriam Schlupp-Winkler has been working at the Federal Government's Central Agency for International Vocational Training Cooperation at the BIBB (GOVET) since January 2025. As a Project Manager in the German-Israeli Programme for Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training, she is mainly responsible for programme coordination and the design and implementation of exchange formats. In this role, she works closely with Israeli partner institutions and relevant stakeholders in the national vocational education and training community.

In addition to providing content and organisational support for the bilateral exchange, her tasks include the conceptual development of cooperation formats and participation in the strategic design of professional networks within the programme. With her many years of experience in international educational cooperation, she brings valuable input to the content orientation and partnership-based development of the GOVET team.

Previously, Myriam Schlupp-Winkler worked in various institutions in the field of adult and further education, including as a technical and didactic editor at the German Adult Education Association (DVV) and as an e-learning editor at the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE). In these positions, she developed digital learning units, designed online learning environments and drew up editorial and author guidelines for the implementation of didactic concepts for the EULE and KUPPEL projects. In doing so, she supported the editorial processes within interdisciplinary project teams and contributed significantly to the quality assurance of the content.

She gained international work experience at the Goethe-Institut Paris as a language course consultant and in the Learning and Development department at the Zurich Insurance Group. Further stages of her professional career include cultural and educational management in Munich and Bonn.

She studied communication science, political science and Romance languages at the University of Münster and the Université Paul-Valéry in Montpellier. Her strong intercultural skills are based not only on her academic and professional experience abroad, but also on her German-French family background. She speaks fluent French, very good English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.

We are delighted that Myriam has joined our team!
